linux suport #195

these are the files configured for linux, windows, and mac support all in one packager

Normally don't include binaries in the repo but it's an opportunity to change that, possibly have to do it if we want to completely build in the open source

i have not made the sdk package under linux yet because of the frameworks sdk not being fully open source yet. these changes are so it can run under linux. what i changed there should not be there i forgot to correct that

the binaries are there to show what i did to make it cross platforme
