Move to latest nodejs #197

For both Packager and framework

webplatform as a whole can lag.

Tasks-

  1. Update all configure scripts to get later modules
  2. Fix lint with latest node
  3. OSS tracker needs to be updated with latest license information
  4. Make sure we are in OSS compliance

I am looking to have the Node.js server on BB10. Is that possible?
