As a Linux user I can build the equivalent version of the product as the official release #230

  1. Modify documentation and scripts as necessary to support this in a relatively straightforward fashion.

Assumptions:

  1. Official releases have packager and framework tagged correctly
  2. Enough skills to build the OSS version of the repos
  3. No expectation of testing/support of build process
