The .bbwpignore file has no effect on Windows due to incorrect backslash & forwardslash handling. Line #75 file-manager.js always returns true.

Note the last two slashes.
Also, the .bbwpignore file name is badly chosen, it is considered invalid in Windows. Renaming a new text file to .bbwpignore in the UI gives an error "You must type a valid filename". Workaround: rename the file via the commandline.
