Update boost to 1.57.0 #14

Update to boost 1.57 and fix compile errors for Blackberry crosscompiling with dinkum library.

Full Ack tvaneerd-rim, I will do it for the next version 1.58. I hope its possible because 1.58 Beta1 is out.
