Installer for Ripple 0.9.3.2 does not create a shortcut to start up Ripple #110

On Win7-64 bit, Ripple executable itself is installed, but the installer created a folder for Ripple 0.9.3.2 but did not create the shortcut.

Apparently this behaviour is seen on WinXP as well. (In both cases, I had a previous version of Ripple installed 0.9.0.16 but that has never stopped the ability to add a new shortcut)

Please try latest SCM build (March 22 5:20pm bundle 25). It works for Dan and I.
