Support for the W3C File API in the framework #12

The framework needs to expose the File API so that the UI may emulate the WebWorks and PhoneGap file apis in a natural/useful way. This will require a new version of the QtWebKit with File APi support

downloaded the QT 4.8 source code from qt dev site ( Aug. 24, 2011). All file APIs are contained in WebCore/fileapi folder.

Built the source code with change of disabling WebSecurity and built starbuck against QT4.8 on Window XP Starbuck runs and loads Ripple-UI smoothly.

Test cases are needed for testing the File APIs
