Ripple does not detect if ripple web services in running correctly #121

Ripple does not detect if ripple web services in running correctly

When attempting to package, I some red text above the package button indicating that Build and Deploy services were not available, and a button that should start them. This didn't work, so I killed the open B&D window open, and reloaded the page.

I get this error message: "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost:9910"

Which I expected, but when I click on the Ripple button, the drop down indicates that Ripple is running: "Ripple services are now running on http://localhost:9910"

... and the only option available is "Stop Ripple Services", which has no effect.

Is there a way to do a hard reset of Ripple Services (and B&D services as well)?

can provide screen shot too, but github doesn't afford me the option of attaching files to this issue.
