Allow for native (blocking BBOS like dialogs) that can be called via JavaScript #13

This mirrors an issue that has been plaguing Ripple-UI's implementation of WebWorks blackberry.dialog.ui.standardAsk APIs.

Addendum: It would be ideal to have a JavaScript api that, when called will mimic a BBOS like dialog that gets called by a WebWorks app on a real device. Ideally the same options as the documentation describes.

Note: I believe this may have been mentioned in a meeting or two, or is already figured out, but I wanted to create them on here in case.
