Proxy support #87

Ripple does not seem to work behind proxy. There is no setting to define a proxy server.

We have proxy server at work and on these computers, Ripple UI does not load up. It only shows white screen.

I have the same issue, work well at home but doesn't work at work behind our proxy, all i get is a 404 error.

Please make this bug a high priority one.
