@alexkinsella, this is on your own machine? Perhaps we can have someone sit with you to take a look? We need a reproducible environment to debug.

This is caused by the installer bug not putting the correct values in the config file.

Getting "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an usual way. Please contact the application's support team for more info".
Tried deleting the Ripple folder in C:\Documents and Settings[usernmae]\Application Data\Research In Motion - but keep getting the issue.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled three times now.
(Windows XP)
