[3.0.0015] Unable to register for PlayBook Tablet if once registered for BB10 devices #695

Environments: Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From main menu BlackBerry > Options... > BlackBerry > Signing
  2. Click on Register... > Developer Registration dialog appears
  3. Select "BlackBerry 10 Devices" from dropdown menu and create token and certificate
  4. Close the dialog

Actual result: Register... button is disabled from BlackBerry > Signing and unable to register for "PlayBook Tablet"

Expected result: Register... button should be enabled to register for PlayBook tablet

Fixed at 3410c65b10aaf311a0c18041da897e684afd57ef, part of #694 pull-request.
