[3.0.0015] Both "Connect" and "Disconnect" options are enabled irrespective of the device status #703

Environment: System OS: Win 7 64bit and Win 8.1

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect a device to the system and open Blackberry->Target Navigator.

Actual Result: Observe that the options "Connect" and "Disconnect" options are enabled even if the device is in connected state or in disconnected state.

Fixed, part of the #694. Remember that TargetNavigator automatically tries to establish connection, when you left- or right-click the 'device' node.
