[3.0.0015] Modifying the Active Solution Platform is closing Configuration Manager dialog. #709

Environment: System OS: Win 7 64bit and Win 8.1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install VS2013 and VSNDK plugin. 2 Open a project and open the project properties.
  2. Go to Configuration Properties -> general
  3. Click "configuration Manager..." button
  4. Change the active solution platform to Blackberry or Blackberry Simulator from Win32 or ARM
  5. Also Change the active solution platform to Win32 or ARM from Blackberry or Blackberry Simulator

Actual Result: At both the steps 5 & 6, "Configuration Manager" dialog gets closed.

But this dialog doesn't get closed when changing from Win32 to ARM and when changing from ARM to Win32
