[3.0.0017] User is able to edit the log file limit value even though the check-box is disabled. #715

Environment: System OS: Win 7 64bit and Win 8.1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Blackberry->Options->Logs Page
  2. Disable the check-box "Limit number of old log files to:"

Actual Result: Spin button is still enabled and user is able to modify the spin button value.

Also even though the "Limit number of old log files to:" value is set to zero, a log file is present in the Logs Directory when a project is built.
