Added functionality and cleaned up code #353

Functionality to add vCard, signature files as well as attachments. Functionality to remove html tags for plain text emails.

This is crashing for me even when I build it myself. Is there anything you added to your project configuration that hasn't been checked in? Often this is due to a linkage not being included in the build process - then it builds clean but crashes on device.
