SysDialog: Removed symlinks to make it also work for Windows. Added notes. #362

I removed the symlinks and renamed the object file. Now it will work for both Windows and Unix-like platform (Tested on mac). Also added notes for this symlinks issue.

I think this overwrites some of the same changes that I did as well. I can't merge it in. Can you update your branch to include the latest from the repo and see if it will work then?
