HelloWorld sample/tutorial application #26

Adding a new sample application - a Hello World-like application that includes basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This application is based on the WebWorks "Creating Your First Application tutorial, here: https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/ww_tutorials/tutorial_create_first_app_intro_1969476_11.html.

Barb - thanks for this contribution! Sorry for the delay in providing feedback.

All of the files need to have the Apache2 license header added to them. Can you check out some of the other samples to see what I mean (JS, XML, HTML and CSS files) and add the missing information and resubmit?

Also - is the image included in this sample public domain (did you create it) or is it licensed under a separate model?

Hi Adam - I've updated the files with the Apache information. The images were created by RIM folk - our multimedia team here in PID.

Looks like we have 2 pull requests for the same sample. Going to go with the 2nd as I believe it is most current.
