Footer and ActionBar break layout when data-position is fixed #109

Hi, The layout is broken (button is bigger and text is bigger) when I use attribute data-position is fixed on footer. This issue also occur if have a ActionBar inside footer. How I fix this issue ?

no blue color for active tab -fixed with giving color to .action-bar-tab-item.pressed and active.

BIG PROBLEM

when tabs are pressed, some graphical problem seems to appear.

Also i could see that the action bar is not persistent (had tried with same id for all footer)
