Slider performance issue #135

When dragged, sliders cause framerate to drop considerably. Test page here:

Drag the slider, see the cube grind to a halt and framerate drop.

Tested on Z10LE and DAC with 10.0.10.738, 10.1.0.1493 and 10.2.0.1445
