grunt: fixes first build issue with image replace #48

Proposed changes to resolve issue pointed out in #47 . Only Blackberry-JQM-all.min.css file will contain the encoded urls .

@mdabydeen #49 should fix this issue and others. If it doesn't let me know and we will pull this in too.

@jasondscott #49 resolves this issue. Should we move the compiled/ directory into master?

@mdabydeen No, the compiled/ directory is only a temp directory used for building. Running grunt will now only update the code for the kitchensink. grunt latest will update the code in the dist/latest/ formally in dist/ and grunt release will update the code in dist/%current version%/
