Directly integrate data from plugins.cordova.io to provide more seamless discovery and installation of custom plugins

Developer should be able to browse plugins in the repo
Developer should be able to filter the plugins based on platform of choice
developer should be able to add a discovered plugin into their project directly from the search results screen.
