As a WebWorks developer, I can invoke the cordova serve command from the GUI tool

Description

As a developer, I should be able to prepare my application for testing in the browser from the GUI Tool.

Acceptance Criteria

• The developer must be able to trigger the Cordova serve command
• The developer must be able to know what URL they should navigate to for the application
• If possible, expose a single command in the GUI that will:
  • prepare then serve on first launch.
  • just do a prepare if serve is already running. Not sure if this is possible? I am fine with looking at integrating grunt watch, or something similar, to make this work.
• When the developer activates the serve, the tool should automatically open the content for testing
  • The developer can choose whether to open in an iFrame that has a reload button to refresh content, or in a completely new tab
• The developer must be able to activate web inspector on the application content

Hi, As I discussed with Bryan in #157 , this feature should be integrated really soon, because it has the potential to save a lot of time. The current build process take too much time for an efficient prototyping and debugging process. Thanks.
