Cannot build a project made with cordova-bb 3.2 #144

Projects made with cordova-bb 3.2 do not have the flag "webworks run --release" and cannot build when imported into the GUI tool. The --release option does not exist on older versions of cordova-bb. A workaround is to upgrade the project on the config page, and then build.

Since projects made with 2.0 Gold SDK do not have this problem and a workaround exists, this is not a scenario we need to support at this time.
