User provides wrong proxy port. During build and Install UI just sits there #179

Found during verification of proxy page. Provided wrong proxy port and during build AND install in the UI just sits there with no feedback to provide to the user. This happens for cases of release mode. Debug mode, the UI returns just fine as it does not need a response from the signing server.
