Description

An application can register to be a target for invocation from other applications by putting entries in the config.xml. The GUI tool should allow management of these entries

Acceptance Criteria

A section for management of invocation entries should exist on the config pane for a project
New entries can be added
Existing entries can be modified
Existing entries can be deleted.

Invoke target list will be similar to the plugin list with the following differences:

The "ADD INVOKE TARGET" section will accept a string ID (text box) and a type (dropdown)
Each invoke target on the list will be contain a secondary "ADD OPTION" with a choice of "Filter" or "Require Source Permission" (dropdown)
Each invoke filter will contain a tertiary "ADD FILTER OPTION" with a choice of "Action", "Mime-type", or "Property"

I guess to be clear, this is not currently in scope for 2.1
