Consider persisting Target while switching within a project #228

Context: installing to WiFi.

Open Config. Make a change, Save. Switch to Build. Click build+install. Error about no connected device. Select Target: q5. Click build+install. Error (e.g. bad package name). Switch to config. Make a change, Save. Switch to Build. Click build+install. Error about no connected device.

It'd be nice if the target persisted, between 7 and 12.

I think it's probably ok to forget the target when switching between projects, or between web browsers. i.e., this doesn't need to persist outside the current browser session.
