Reorder left navi bar, place links in the bottom 'BlackBerry' footer bar #229

I think it would make more sense if the following order was:

Recent Projects, Target Management, Certificates, Global Settings

Also for the links (documentation, report an issue etc.), it would look better if they were place in the bottom footer where the BlackBerry logo appears.
