Projects list should be managed server side not client side #31

Since the files being manipulated are being manipulated on the server and not the client, the list of projects should be stored on the server and not on the client.

Steps:

  1. Launch WebWorks
  2. Create a project in your default browser (I used Safari)
  3. Copy the webworks url from the Safari browser
  4. Switch to another browser (I used Chrome)
  5. Paste it into the url bar
  6. Press enter to load the url
  7. See no projects
  8. Scratch head

@rcruz @bryanhiggins Thoughts? I would tend to agree with Josh on this. Is this something we can consider for Gold if we are agreed, or target 2.1?
