If a project is created with .54 Beta, and the user upgrades to Gold. The UI in GOLD using Safari will end up displaying no projects in the left column and only displays API reference and documentation.
The current workaround is for a user to actually go into webinspector, then local storage and actually delete the item there. Deleting the cache will not work at all.
