Unable to launch link. The Tool Provider has been disabled by the System Administrator #154

I have set up an AWS blackboard IAM instance and tried to create a deep-linking external tool.

Set up the BBDN-LTI-Tool-Provider-Node project on my local machine and set ngrok(ngrok URL set config file). All require URL set this ngrok URL.

Using App ID created a tool in my Blackboard instance. But when I open the course and open my tool. that time getting errors. Please see the below screenshot.

Install the tool then setup a new course and enable enroll. solved this issue.
