Up/Down not working in OsmAnd on iPadOS. #108

From support request:

"My issue is with the arrow up/down(zoom) on integrated apps like Scenic and OsmAnd. Whilst the WunderLINQ app appears to work fine only left/right arrow works on the Scenic nav app.

This only a problem with my iPad as my iPhone 14 Pro max works"
