Currently, the transformation can be included for custom annotations. Problem with that is, this will not include helper classes in the source code (that are not annotated with that annotation).
I see three solutions:
Let the createClassStubs task create only source files for classes with AnnoDoc annotation and copy all other source files from the actual sources. Problem with that: More build system dependencies, Groovy Sources and Java Stubs would be mixed, so we need to use GroovyDoc instead
Use a CompilerConfiguration for the Groovy compile task to include the transformation in all classes -> this allows needs more tight integration into the build systems
Make InlineJavadocsTransformation a global transformation. This could be made optional by including the global transformation descriptor in a separate module, so it can be activated at will
