[BUG] Timezone ploblem #33

Describe the bug There is a problem displaying time data because the plugin uses UTC timezone and the GA API uses timezone for each profile.

Grafana Version & Plugin Version Grafana : 7.4.3 Plugin: no version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to dashboard
  2. Send query
  3. my timezone Asia/Seoul but data timezone UTC

Expected behavior data timezone same as my timezone
