unable to open new fileformat in 0.3.3 #20

WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 32bit 
ARTISAN 0.3.3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get failure if open new Logfile (from Marko) 
or
2. open own old Logfile, save as Artisan 0.3.3 and reopen it

It turned out that in rare cases profiles could still be not loaded due to 
accent characters. This is resolved by the latest commits. The issue above, 
however, was triggered by a file path containing accent characters. This will 
bre resolved by the next commit. So this issue will be resolved in the v0.3.4 
binary release.
