better calculation of distance to ladder up in cavebot #71

it was getting stuck, believing it was "close enough" in some situations. see https://github.com/blackdtools/Blackd-Proxy-CLASSIC/issues/70 for more information.

may need some more testing though. i have only tested that it fixes a specific location with a specific cave in a 7.6 OT :p

i must admit, if this is the solution, i have no idea how the original code could have worked at all (yet i know it did, most of the time). but my testing have shown that yes, this is the solution. (only tested on 7.6 though) ~confused~
