Update examples #165

I moved all the old examples to _examples_legacyHubInstance. The folder examples now only pertains to the new Client.

This is to ensure new users do not accidentally start using HubInstance.

Hi @gsnyder2007, is it okay to merge this in before publishing 1.0.0 or would you rather wait as it's code freeze?

Will keep examples as is for now as there is at least one KB article that refers to a script: https://community.synopsys.com/s/article/Black-Duck-Data-Retention-and-Archiving-Best-Practices
