Error messsage: Update description failed, client response status: 404; reason: Not Found Full message: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>404null for uri: http://bds00882.bds-ad.lc:8080//rest/api/2/issue/JC-1

The utility should check for, and accomodate, trailing slash.
