Scanner pod does not come up for non docker environment in Openshift 3.11 #188

Describe the bug Security is set to privileged=true by default for a non-docker (skopeo) environment, which causes the scanner pod to not come up.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Openshift Version: 3.11

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create default opssight with synopsysctl

Expected behavior Securitycontext should not be privileged for a non-docker opssight
