Add CSV download #29

The software should provide the ability to download a CSV of the current view (all, malware, other). This can be useful for backing up the database and CIF may have an easier time importing the structured data of a CSV rather than the RSS feeds.

Added in 120a3fd2f52e908300a67b301418561349bc0aa4. Just go to indicators.csv or malware.csv or other.csv, etc.
