Need to be able to search by type and content #33

Probably going to get rid of the javascript datatable and go back to the HTML table. Want to be able to enter values into search fields and use that to get results. That way we can create links to certain search results.

This is in preparation to have rss feeds and csv files generated from search results which CIF can import.
