(bug) Sons of hodir rep #11

SMALL DESCRIPTION:

Finished the quest chain with sons of hodir, Thorim gave me the quest "forging an alliance" and Dun Niffelem hasn't changed phase.

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

Once you finish the quest "a spark of hope" and you get to honored thorim will give you "forging an alliance" and you can continue the chain

Was my bad, had to accept the quest given by the anvil, by the way, thorim gives you the rep 2 times making you istant exalted with sons of hodir, and maybe this is a bug.
