SMALL DESCRIPTION:

Using https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?item=35224 onhttps://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=25846 doesn't work. On the other 2 works correctly (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=25847; https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=25845)

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=11796

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
  1. Go to Borean Tundra (59, 29) with the quest 11796
  2. Use item https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?item=35224
  3. Step doesn't get completed
