PR Summary

• Updated Website Theme Color This PR changes the primary theme color of the website from red (#ff0000) and white (#ffffff) to navy blue (#013365). This change has be made across all the website configurations and images.

• Website Configuration Modifications Changes have been made to the site.webmanifest and browserconfig.xml files to accommodate the new theme color. The site.webmanifest file has also been updated for better mobile experience, with the addition of start_url set to the home page (/) and the default orientation set to portrait.

• Improvements to Website Layout In the layout.html file, the site's icon has been updated with a new path to favicon.ico. Certain properties related to Microsoft applications, msapplication-TileColor and msapplication-config, have been adjusted to reflect the new theme color and configuration file.

• Removal and Addition of Images An image named android-chrome-256x256.png has been removed from the icons section of site.webmanifest. In contrast, a new image smo_cover_1080x1080.png has been added to the public/images directory.

NOTE: The color codes starting with '#' represent digital color codes used to customize the look and feel of webpages.
