What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using Firefox
2.downloading files
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
files download - but the message "Please wait while your download is prepared. 
This operation could take a few minutes, depending on the size of the files."
stays on the screen until the browser is closed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 pro latest version downloaded today 2/21/14

Same here on Windows 8.1 in Chrome.
