"subterfuge" command in terminal will not open the application.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "python install.py"
2. select full install with dependencies or simple(i did both and the same 
error occured)
3. run "subterfuge"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
public release 5.0 on kali linux gnome 3.4.2

Please provide any additional information below.

mv: cannot move `subterfuge/subterfuge' to `/bin/subterfuge': Permission denied
mv: cannot move `subterfuge/' to `/usr/share/subterfuge': Permission denied
Installation Complete

bash: subterfuge: command not found
