Dropup menus for image resource viewer clips into the resource viewer boundary. #113

Can be fixed by adding the parameter container: 'body' to the selectpicker() initialization methods.

Unresolvable. Due to the need to keep the dropup menus within the resource viewer DIV to prevent input during loading screens.

One other reason which I cant recall at the moment.
