Added missing features in Configurator

Configurator will now pass the encounter ID forward to its sub-components as the key encounterId in the constructor.
Title is now slightly smaller to accomodate for smaller windows.
Configurator has also been heavily refactored and several "magic strings" have been moved into the constants global variable.
