Release on Telegram?[Feature Request] #1

Hi, it's sad what's happened with both dl & dlc. Is it possible to release on telegram & other similar sites, like deemix/freezer?

I do know that there is a telegram api that can be used. So it can be triggered every time there is a release.

There is https://github.com/appleboy/telegram-action I could add this to the github actions pipeline. There are actually already 2 telegram channels (haven't made them public anywhere yet)
