OTOH you can use minicom at 115200:

minicom --device /dev/ttyUSB0 --baudrate 112500

There doesn't seem to be a command line option to turn XON/XOFF on. So:

cat /etc/minicom/minirc.dfl

Machine-generated file - use "minicom -s" to change parameters.
